Job Description:

  • Product merchandising (available/visible/touchable) for both primary & secondary shelf (planning &execution)
  • Being responsible for target in assigned products

    Job Description:

  • Handles routine outbound/inbound customer requests/orders/complaints/billing and products and services information in a manner, which provides the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Handle periodic “walk-in” customer service and sales providing quick and pleasant service to customers.
  • Accurately enter all new customer information, existing customer orders and adjustments to insure proper, customer service, accounting of purchases, billing, and inventory reconciliation.
  • Provide quick but pleasant telephone response and follow-up while maintaining a level of quality customer service, efficiency and consistency.
  • Maintain and communicate current, accurate information on our pricing, products, promotions, and service procedures to our customers.

    Job Description:

  • Receive & check payment vouchers (PVs), number & make list of PVs need approval
  • Record cash & bank payment into SAP
  • Make & clear accrued expense monthly
  • Participate in physically stock take on a periodic basis
  • Trace advance for staff & suppliers, update advance report
  • Update legal documents related to accounting & business field
  • Job Requirement:

  • University degree in Accounting or Finance

    Job Description:

  • Responsible for the front desk as: welcoming guests, clients, visitors, distributing
  • Correspondence, and ensuring the professional communications and image are always adhered
  • In charge the telephone operation by managing in-coming and out-going telephone-calls
  • Assist the Administration and Human Resources Department with administrative / secretarial matters if required.
  • Job Requirement:
