Selection Criteria

Mandatory

•  Highly motivated individual with result-driven attitude
•  Recent graduate or soon to be graduated
•  Scoring high on Numerical / Critical Reasoning test
•  Good communication and presentation skills
•  Good command of English (C-level)
•  Good academic background and record (GPA 7+)
•  Strong sense of ownership and potential leadership capability
•  Creative and innovative
